中国猕猴桃国际贸易竞争力分析

Analysis on the International Trade Competitiveness of Chinese Kiwi Fruit

摘要:

为应对中国猕猴桃在国际贸易竞争方面的挑战,基于2000—2018年联合国粮食及农业组织猕猴桃国际贸易相关数据,从国际市场占有率、贸易竞争力指数和显示性对称比较优势指数3个方面深入分析中国猕猴桃的国际贸易竞争力,并与新西兰、意大利、智利、比利时等猕猴桃进出口大国进行对标比较。结果显示,2000—2018年期间,中国猕猴桃国际市场占有率较低年平均为0.17%,远低于新西兰的40.19%和意大利的25.33%;中国猕猴桃贸易竞争指数年平均值为-0.81,属于猕猴桃的入超国;中国猕猴桃的显示性比较优势年平均值为0.017,表明猕猴桃产品出口贸易比较优势较弱。尽管中国的猕猴桃国际竞争力在近二十年中稳步提升,但受贸易壁垒限制、生产效率、产品质量及品牌等多种因素的影响,其贸易竞争力仍然偏弱,由此提出提升猕猴桃品质、加强国际合作协同创新、建立国际知名品牌、融入“一带一路”等对策建议。

Abstract:

In order to meet the challenge of Chinese Kiwi Fruit in international trade competition, this paper summarizes the basic situation of Chinese kiwifruit import and export in recent years, and analyzes the international trade competitiveness of Chinese kiwifruit from three aspects: international market share, trade competitiveness index and revealed symmetric comparative advantage index, and with New Zealand, Italy, Chile, Belgium and other large kiwifruit import and export comparison. The results showed that the international market share of Chinese kiwifruit was 0.17% in 2000-2018, which was much lower than that of New Zealand (40.19%) and Italy (25.33%), the annual average value of apparent comparative advantage of Chinese Kiwifruit is 0.017, which indicates that the comparative advantage of Kiwifruit export is weak. Although the international competitiveness of Chinese kiwifruit has steadily increased in the past 20 years, the trade competitiveness of Chinese kiwifruit is still weak due to the restrictions of trade barriers, production efficiency, product quality and brand, etc. Accordingly, some suggestions were put forward, such as improving the quality of Kiwifruit, strengthening international cooperation, cooperating and innovating, establishing international famous brand and integrating into ‘Belt and Road’.
