利用SSR标记快速检测玉米品种纯度

Rapid Detection of the Purity of Maize Varieties by SSR Markers

摘要: 【研究目的】为了快速检测玉米品种纯度,降低检测成本,提高检测效率及准确性。【方法】利用建立的高效、快速、经济的玉米种子纯度SSR标记检测体系,检测组配的5个强优势组合。【结果】5个玉米组合材料SSR标记检测纯度最高100%,最低97%,平均98.8%。盐溶蛋白电泳检测纯度最高98.5%,最低96.7%,平均97.7%。二者检测结果进行相关分析,差异不显著。【结论】利用SSR标记对品种纯度进行检测,能够迅速、准确地得出结果。

Abstract: To rapidly detect the purity of maize cultivars, decrease the detection cost and increase the efficiency and accuracy. Five excellent maize hybrids were detected by the efficient, rapid and economical detection system of maize cultivar purity with SSR markers. The purity of the five maize hybrids ranged from 97% to 100%, with an average of 98.8%. Meanwhile, the purity of the five maize hybrids by salt soluble protein electrophoresis detection ranged from 96.7% to 98.5%, with an average of 97.7%. The correlation analysis to the two detection results showed a non-significant difference. Applying the SSR markers to detect the purity of the cultivars, an accurate outcome would be got quickly
