Emergency response mechanisms and strategies in respond to the severe agricultrual disasters by scientific agricultural technology

摘要: 摘 要:安徽省地貌环境复杂、自然灾害种类繁多、是我国重大农业灾害发生频率较高、灾情较为严重的省份之一。开展农业科技防灾减灾策略研究,建立应对重大农业灾害的应急与长效机制,对安徽省实现农业可持续发展具有重要现实意义。本文结合安徽省农业灾害发生实际,分析农业灾害发生原因和应对灾害目前存在的一些主要问题,提出了四点农业科技防灾减灾对策,以期对我国开展防灾减灾有所借鉴与指导。

Abstract: Abstract: Anhui Province is one of the provinces with complex geomorphic environment, many types of natural disasters, and high frequency and great severity of major agricultural disasters. It is of great practical significance to carry out the research on the agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation strategies scientifically and technologically, and establish the emergency response and long-acting mechanisms in respond to the major agricultural disasters. This study analyzed the reasons of the agricultural disaster occurrence and the problems in dealing with these disasters, and proposed four-point countermeasures for the agricultural disaster prevention and mitigation, providing references and guidance for the disaster prevention and mitigation in our country.
