红叶石楠红色素中花色苷成分的定性和定量研究

摘要: 对石楠叶中的色素成分进行相关分析,以便为石楠这一林业资源的开发提供一些数据上的支持。笔者采用大孔吸附树脂分离的方法,从石楠中分离出石楠红色素。经过简单的化学鉴定和紫外吸收光谱鉴定,可初步判断石楠红色素中主要成分为花色苷类,同时,以2种方便而常用的花色苷定量方法为依据,计算出试验所提取得到的石楠红色素中,总花色苷含量为13.5%,色价为45.6。

Abstract: Photinia serrulata ,which was been widely used for landscape, was a new kind of cross-breeding plant from rosaceae. Nowadays, photinia serrulata has been found everywhere in China, however, it was rarely studied on the utilizing of its leaves. The separation of red pigment of photinia serrulata was by the macro porous adsorption resins and it was affirmed that the anthocyanosides were the main ingredients. According to two simply methods to measuring the anthocyanosides’ content, the content of the pigment from this study was measured as 13.5% and the color value was 45.6.
