有机庄园设计原则探讨与玉溪庄园实践研究

摘要： 探讨了有机庄园的定义和特点，以及设计有机庄园所应遵循的基本原则。并以“玉溪庄园”建设规划为例，着重论述了庄园循环经济模式设计、有机生产技术体系设计、质量体系和组织管理模式设计等内容，并创造性地引入小农户集体认证内部控制体系，为庄园有机生产顺利进行提供了保障，同时也为其他有机庄园的建设提供借鉴和参考。

Abstract: This article discusses the definition, characteristic and basic discipline of organic manor. Meanwhile, the construction planning of “Yuxi manor” is set as an example. Circular economy design, organic product technical system design, quality system and organism management mode are highlighted. Moreover, the ICS (Internal Control System) is introduced creatively to guarantee the organic product. This article also provides reference for other organic manor construction.
