信阳油茶发展规划

摘要： 以信阳7县2区为对象，在对油茶产业调查基础上对油茶产业未来发展做出合理规划。信阳现有油茶15000 hm2，规划建成后种植基地总面积将达到26667 hm2；现有育苗基地8.8 hm2，规划建成后将拥有良种繁育基地14.3 hm2；规划建设开发推广研究中心1处，技术推广中心10余处，明确了开发推广研究中心的任务；对油茶加工企业建设、流通体系建设、产业监督体系建设等做出规划，并对规划实施进度进行了安排、规划实施后的效益进行了展望。

Abstract: The two district seven Xinyang County as the object, make reasonable planning for the development of Camellia oleifera Industry Based on the tea industry survey. Xinyang existing Camellia 15000hm2, planning completed planting base total area will reach 26667hm2; 8.8hm2 existing seedling base, planning will be built with seed breeding base 14.3hm2; planning and construction of development research center of the 1 Department, technology center for the promotion of the development of more than ten, the research center of the task; make plan of construction, tea processing enterprises circulation system construction, industry supervision system construction, and the progress in the implementation of planning is the arrangement and planning the implementation of efficiency are discussed.
