‘陆两优996’制种化学调控技术初步研究

摘要: 为了提高‘陆两优996’制种父母本花期相遇率、花时相遇率要求和改善父母本异交特性,采用“九二O”、调花宝、硼肥等化学物质,对父母本的花期花时进行调控。结果表明,在盛花期喷施“九二O”15 g/hm2,在幼穗分化Ⅻ期施用调花宝120 g/hm2或180 g/hm2,在抽穗50%时每公顷喷施硼肥1.5 kg/hm2效果较好。因此通过化学调控能够改良‘陆两优996’亲本的异交特性,较大幅度地提高该组合的制种产量。

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of the meet of flowering date or time and the outcrossing character of Luliangyou996’parents, in this study, GA3, Tiaohuabao and boron was used to regulate the flowing date, flowing time and improve the outcrossing character of Luliangyou996’parents. The resulted showed that the seed production yield was greatly increased by using these chemical substances.
