摘要： 为深入贯彻落实新修订的《水土保持法》，搞好“荒山、荒沟、荒丘、荒滩”水土流失防治工作，针对莱芜市“四荒”治理情况进行了分析，结合莱芜市实际简述了莱芜市“四荒”面积和治理开发现状，总结了莱芜市多年来“四荒”治理开发的成功经验以及取得的效果，分析了当前莱芜市“四荒”治理开发面临的主要问题，提出了建议，以便于今后更好的开展“四荒”治理工作。

Abstract: In order to thoroughly implement the new revised “Soil and Water Conservation”, do a good job in “barren hills, waste valleys, barren hillocks and desolated beaches” soil erosion prevention and control work, analyzed the situation to the question administer Laiwu City the “four desolations”. Combined with the reality of Laiwu City outlined the acreage of the “four desolations” and the status of governance. Summarize the successful experience of Laiwu City for many years “four desolations” governance and the results achieved. Analyze the main problems facing the management and development of Laiwu City “four desolations”. Recommend some advices in order to carry out the “four desolations” governance work better in the future.
