Abstract: The realization of agricultural modernization is the long-term goal and strategy of our country's agricultural development. In China's "Twelfth Five Year Plan" it was clearly pointed out that the development of agricultural modernization will be promoted in the industrialization and urbanization. In this paper the five aspect indexes were established, including of the input and output of agriculture, regional development, sustainable development, industrial structure and industrialization, and the level of agricultural modernization of Shuguang farm was evaluated. According to the evaluation results the agricultural modernization development advantages and disadvantages of Shuguang farm were analysized. And combining with the actual situation of Shuguang farm the development Countermeasures were put forward so as to provide reference to the construction of agricultural modernization of Shuguang farm.
