黑龙江省第一积温带水稻品种对纹枯病的抗性分析

Resistance Analysis on Rice Sheath Blight of Rice in the First Accumulated Temperature Zone of Heilongjiang

摘要: 为了明确黑龙江省第一积温带水稻品种及种质资源的水稻纹枯病发生情况,探讨其抗性类型,采用田间小区常规种植,对55份水稻品种及种质资源进行了水稻纹枯病田间调查。结果表明55份水稻品种及种质资源均有不同程度的水稻纹枯病发生,平均田间病丛率为58.4%,变幅25.2%~100.0%,平均病情指数52.2,其中仅‘松粘4号’表现为抗性,‘松538’、‘松粳19’、‘松粘1号’、‘松粳28’、‘松粳48’、‘松536’、‘松粳3号’、 ‘松粳15’ 、‘98131’、‘松粳10号’、‘J36’、‘J39’、‘J42’共13份表现为中抗,抗性品种占1.8%,中抗品种占23.6%,总体抗感比14:41。

Abstract: Rice sheath blight of 55 rice varieties and germplasm resources were investigated adopting routine planting in field plot, in order to definite the occurrence of rice sheath blight in rice varieties and germplasm resources in the first accumulated temperature zone in Heilongjiang province, and discuss on the resistance type. The results indicated that: 55 rice varieties and germplasm resources had different degrees of rice sheath blight, average field disease cluster rate was 58.4%, amplitude 25.2%~100.0%, average disease index was 52.2, only ‘Songnian4’ expressed resistance, ‘Song538’、‘Songjing19’、‘Songnian1’、‘Songjing28’、‘Songjing48’、‘Song536’、‘Songjign3’、 ‘Songjign15’、‘98131’、‘Songjign10’、‘J36’、‘J39’、‘J42’ total 13 rice varieties expressed middle resistance, resistant rice took up 1.8%, middle resistant rice took up 23.6%, overall resistance ratio was 14:41.
