不同菠萝品种的农艺性状和品质的比较分析

摘要: 对江门地区不同菠萝品种花前阶段的新抽生叶片、茎粗、株高的月生长量进行了比较分析,同时对其中3个菠萝品种的果实品质进行了测定。结果表明:4个品种表现出较为一致的生长规律,在该阶段的新抽生叶片、茎粗和株高的月变化量分别约为1.5个、0.15cm和0.5cm;‘黄金菠萝’’的可溶性糖含量最高,‘金菠萝’次之,‘巴厘’最低。3个品种的有机酸含量含量相近,‘金菠萝’的Vc含量明显高于‘黄金菠萝’和‘’巴厘’’。

Abstract: We compared and analyzed four differert pineapple vatieties on new leaves, stem diameter, shoot height before bloom in Jiangmen.Then three pineapple varieties were chosen to compare the quality. The result implied that: Four cultivars showed a consistent growth pattern. The change of new leaves, stem diameter and shoot height per month was approximately 1.5, 0.15cm and 0.5cm respectively; ‘MD-2’ has the highest soluble sugar content, followed by ‘Golden’ and ‘Bali ’. The organic acid content of three varieties was similar, and vitamin C content of ‘MD-2’ was significantly higher than ‘Gold’ and ‘Bali’.
