基于GIS的森林监管系统的设计与应用

摘要: 为了有效防范森林破坏、加强森林监管、推进中国农林业现代化进程,从系统建设目的、设计框架、应用3 方面探讨了如何将GIS 系统应用到这一领域。结果表明:利用GIS 系统对森林监管是可行而且高效的。在数据充足的前提下,该系统DEM与遥感影像图可以准确反映林区地形地貌,达到可视化的效果;矢量图各图层可以提供区域植被覆盖率、道路交通、河流水系、居民地、高程等信息,通过系统的三维建模功能,还能对林区的基础地理环境进行量算;辅助以多媒体资料,该系统能将现地信息与空间信息有机结合,保证数据利用的高效性。GIS 系统应用于森林监管中,能提高森林监管的效率,提升森林数据的利用价值。

Abstract: In order to effectively prevent deforestation and enhance forest regulation and promote Chinese agroforestry modernization process, the authors investigated the ways to put GIS system into this field from three aspects: the purpose of system construction, design framework and application. The results showed that using GIS system for forest regulation was feasible and efficient. With the premise of sufficient data, the system’s DEM and remote sensing image could reflect the forest terrain accurately, in order to make the visualization possible. Vector map’s each layer could provide information, such as regional vegetation coverage, road traffic, river systems, residential information, elevation, etc. The system could measure the basic geographical environment of forest region with the three-dimensional modeling function; and also put the information of terrain and the spatial information together with multimedia data, to ensure the efficient use of data. GIS system applied to forest regulation could improve the efficiency of forest regulation and promote the value of forest data.
