超声波辅助的植物转化方法的研究进展

Advance in Plant Transformation Method Assisted by Ultrasonic

摘要: 为了探索超声波处理在植物转化中的功效及潜在发展能力,从超声波辅助植物转化的原理入手,归纳了方法的验证、超声波处理的受体材料和超声波处理对外源DNA的影响;总结了前人在超声波辅助植物转化方面的研究进展,进而分析了方法自身的优缺点及存在问题。指出超声波辅助植物转化方法虽然处于初级发展阶段,但超声波辅助的植物转化仍然是一个操作简单、省时省力、适用范围广的植物转化方法,文中还提出了存在的问题且给出了相应的解决对策;通过分析认为超声波辅助的植物转化方法具有广阔的发展前景。

Abstract: To evaluate the efficiency and potential development capacity of ultrasonic treatment for plant transformation, we started with the principle of ultrasonic- assisted plant transformation, summarized the validation of method, the receptor materials of ultrasonic treatment and the effects of ultrasonic treatment on exogenous DNA. Then, the research progresses in ultrasonic-assisted plant transformation were reviewed, and the advantages as well as disadvantages and existing problems of the method were discussed. Our results indicated that although the development of ultrasonic-assisted plant transformation was still in the primary stage, it demonstrated that the method was a simple, time-saving, labour-saving and widely applied plant transformation approach. Moreover, we proposed respective solution to the existing problems. Taken together, we consider that ultrasonic-assisted plant transformation method has broad development prospect.
