From the document literature, the research non-point source pollution in heilongjiang province in recent 20 years includes several aspects, such as research on agricultural non-point source pollution, investigation on water environment pollution, mechanism of non-point source pollution and model research. In general, there are more researches on agricultural non-point source pollution, the study on load and governace research of agricultural non-point source pollution is mostly in songhua river basin; The model research is relatively few, the mechanism study is less; The new technology of non-point source pollution control is seldom used in heilongjiang province. So to clear up the unique topography’s study of non-point source pollution in heilongjiang province in the future on about agricultural non-point source pollution、 load、 mechanism and control technology application model research is a focus .
