旱盐胁迫下激素对荆芥种子萌发的影响

Effects of Hormones on Seed Germination of Schizonepeta tenuifolia Briq. Under Drought and Salt Stress

摘要:

本研究探究了不同浓度赤霉素(GA)、萘乙酸(NAA)和吲哚乙酸(IAA)对旱盐胁迫下荆芥种子萌发的影响。通过不同浓度的PEG-6000和盐溶液(NaCl)模拟干旱及盐胁迫得出萌发阈值为10%的PEG-6000溶液和150 μmol/L的NaCl溶液。结果表明:除盐胁迫下的赤霉素处理外,3种激素处理对荆芥种子发芽率影响均表现为先升高后降低,促进萌发效果最好的激素为赤霉素,旱、盐胁迫下GA最佳浓度分别为0.1 mg/L和1 mg/L,发芽率分别为73.00%和58.67%。干旱胁迫下,NAA处理后效果强于IAA,但高浓度抑制作用严重;盐胁迫下,3种激素对发芽率的影响差距不大,但GA处理后种子的发芽势与发芽指数远高于NAA和IAA。

Abstract:

The effects of different concentrations of gibberellin (GA), naphthylacetic acid (NAA) and indoleacetic acid (IAA) on Schizonepeta tenuifolia seed germination under the stress of drought and salt were studied. The solution of PEG-6000 and NaCl were used to simulate drought and salt stress, and the germination thresholds were 10% PEG-6000 and 150 μmol/L NaCl. The results showed that except the GA treatment under salt stress, the effect of the three hormones on the germination rate of S. tenuifolia seeds first increased and then decreased. The hormone with the best germination effect was GA. Under drought and salt stress, the optimal concentration of GA was 0.1 mg/L and 1 mg/L, and the germination rate was 73.00% and 58.67%, respectively. Under drought stress, the effect of NAA treatment was better than that of IAA treatment, but 10 mg/L NAA had intensified inhibition effect on seed germination. Under salt stress, the effect of the three hormones on germination rate had little difference, but the germinative force and germination index of seeds treated with GA outclassed those of NAA and IAA.
