摘要: 为科学管理畜牧业、合理利用草场资源,研究并建立畜牧业管理信息系统成为实现半干旱半荒漠地区畜牧业高效管理及可持续发展的迫切需要。本研究从防治草原荒漠化的角度出发,基于地理信息系统(GIS)、遥感(RS)和全球定位系统(GPS)“3S”技术提出了半干旱半荒漠地区县一级畜牧业管理信息系统开发与设计的原则与方法,着重对县一级畜牧业管理信息系统数据库的结构与功能进行了初步设计。目前“3S”技术支持下的草地畜牧业管理信息系统在国内畜牧业管理上的应用还处于研究阶段,至今还没有产生一套完善的系统可以推广使用,本研究对该系统的最终建立具有一定的理论指导意义。

Abstract: Developing an animal husbandry management information system for scientific management of animal husbandry and rational utilization of grassland resources has become an urgent need in achieving efficient management and sustainable development of animal husbandry in semi-arid and semi-desert region. In view of combating grassland-desertification, this paper proposed a technical route and a practical way for developing the animal husbandry management information system (MIS) based on 3S technology. The objectives and principles for establishing the database of this system was elaborated. Meanwhile, the structure, technical feasibility of the system and system function was designed preliminarily. 3S technology develops rapidly, however, currently there was no developed MIS for the area of grassland animal husbandry management, this study demonstrated a realistic significance for the final establishment of this animal husbandry MIS in the future.
