叶面喷硒对稻米产量和含硒量影响研究初报

Effect of Foliar Application of Selenium Fertilizer on the Yield and Selenium Content in Rice

摘要: 为了研究叶面喷硒对稻米产量和含硒量的影响,采取随机小区试验,在水稻不同生育期向水稻叶面喷施富硒叶面肥,采用原子荧光光谱法测定不同处理稻米的含硒量,同时计算小区稻米产量。结果表明:叶面喷施硒肥对于水稻有效穗数和穗粒数没有影响,千粒重有小幅提升,但是显著提高了水稻结实率,从而有效提高了水稻产量,增产幅度在4.56%~11.43%之间。叶面喷施硒肥不仅对于水稻有一定程度增产作用,而且显著提高了稻米中硒含量,在齐穗期后7 天叶面喷施硒肥,对水稻增产作用和提高稻米中硒含量效果最明显。

Abstract: In order to study the effect of foliar spray of selenium on rice yield and selenium content in rice, the author adopted random plot experiment and sprayed foliar selenium fertilizer on rice at different growth stages, then determined selenium content in rice under different treatments by atomic fluorescence spectrometry, and calculated rice yield in plot. The results showed that spraying Se fertilizer had no effect on effective panicle number and grain number per spike, slightly increased the thousand grain weight, but significantly increased the seed setting rate of rice, which could effectively improve the yield of rice, and the yield increase was in the range of 4.56%-11.43%. Spraying Se fertilizer could not only raise rice yield to some extent, but also improve the selenium content in rice at heading stage. Spraying Se fertilizer 7 days after full heading stage could significantly increase the yield and selenium content in rice.
