摘要： 为总结发现经济发达地区农业发展的新动力,探求追寻经济发达地区引领农村实现新跨越的新动能；凝练吴兴互联网 农业发展的典型模式,总结经验,研究问题,提出对策,为其他地区现代农业、互联网 农业发展提供参考样板,5月31日——6月8日随农业部党校第30期处级干部任职班学员赴湖州市吴兴区开展了为期9天的专题调研。在深入吴兴的三镇两区一街道,对12家农户、合作社、相关企业实地调研的基础上,通过座谈、研讨、交流基础上总结形成了湖州市吴兴区互联网 农业发展的典型模式、重要经验,提出了湖州市吴兴区互联网 农业发展存在的问题和对策建议,就“互联网 农业发展是业态创新、我国互联网 农业(农村)市场空间巨大、互联网 将成为经济新常态下我国农业发展的新动力”进行了调研展望。

Abstract: The aim of the investigation was to explore the new power and energy driving agricultural development and realizing rural leaping development in developed areas, sum up the typical development of internet plus agriculture and provide a reference for the development of modern agriculture and internet plus agriculture in other regions. 12 peasant households, cooperatives and enterprises were investigated in Wuxing District, Huzhou City from May 31st to June 8th with the staffs at division level in the 30th party school training of MOA. The typical mode and experience were made though the informal discussion and communication, the problems existed in the development and the corresponding countermeasures were put forward. Finally, the authors made an outlook on the development form innovation of internet plus agriculture, the giant space of internet plus rural market and the new development power of internet plus agriculture under the economic new normal.
