Optimization of ApoB Antigen Immunizing Dose for Improving Antibody Production Efficiency

摘要: 以湖羊为研究对象,设计了3种不同的ApoB抗原免疫剂量,从抗体产生规律、抗体效价和ApoB产品性能三个方面进行了统计和分析。结果表明:组2(抗原剂量每次0.4 mg)的抗体效价显著高于组1(抗原剂量每次0.2 mg)和组3(抗原剂量每次1 mg),组2五免后的抗体效价能够达到1:29,而且ApoB的产品性能检测各个指标均合格。表明ApoB抗原每次免疫注射剂量为0.4 mg时,所生产的ApoB抗体效果最佳,为ApoB抗体广泛应用于医疗领域奠定基础。

Abstract: With Hu sheep as the research object, we designed three different doses of ApoB antigens. The antibody production, antibody titer and ApoB product performance were analyzed. The results showed that the antibody titer of group 2 (0.4 mg antigen each time) was significantly higher than those of group 1 (0.2 mg antigen each time) and that of group 3 (1 mg antigen each time). Antibody titer could reach 1:29 after five times of immunization in group 2. The indexes of ApoB production performance were qualified, which indicated that the best efficiency of ApoB antibody was produced when each immunization antigen was 0.4 mg ApoB antigen. This study laid a good foundation for the wide utilization of ApoB antibody in medical field.
