安康烟区烘烤自动化加煤技术应用效果试验

Automatic Coal-Adding Technology: Application Effect in Ankang Tobacco Areas

摘要: 为了推动烟叶烘烤加煤技术的自动化改造,进行了改造前后综合效益比较试验,结果表明:安康烟区自动加煤处理与人工加煤处理相比,加煤次数、单位干烟耗煤量极显著减少84.13%和16.75%,原烟均价、上等烟比例、橘黄烟比例显著增加3.76%、3.15%和4.35%,鲜干比显著减少3.65%,减工、降本、节能、提质、增产效果明显,综合来看,该单项技术可提高亩产值12.64%,同时有利于农业机械化和环境保护。

Abstract: To promote the automation of curing and coal-adding technology in flue-cured tobacco production, the authors compared the comprehensive benefits before and after the automation. The results showed that: compared with manual coal-adding treatment, the coal-adding times of automatic coal-adding decreased by 84.13%, the amount of coal consumption per unit of dry tobacco decreased by 16.75%, and the average price of the original tobacco, the proportion of fine tobacco, and the proportion of orange tobacco increased by 3.76%, 3.15% and 4.35%, respectively, and the fresh dry ratio decreased by 3.65%. The effect of automatic coaladding is obvious in reducing cost and labor, improving tobacco quality, and increasing the output value. In a comprehensive view, this single technology can improve the yield of 12.64% per unit area, but also is conducive to agricultural mechanization and environmental protection.
