水稻种子裂颖影响因素的试验研究

The Influence Factors of Glume Dehiscence in Rice Seeds

摘要: 为摸索施肥和赤霉素对水稻种子裂颖的影响,本试验以水稻品种‘广8 优169’的父母本作为试验材料,开展了喷施叶面肥、喷施赤霉素“920”、追肥处理的试验研究。结果显示,幼穗分化第4 期喷施硼锌叶面肥、始穗期喷施硼锌叶面肥均可显著降低水稻种子裂颖风险,其中幼穗分化第4 期和始穗期均喷施硼锌叶面肥效果更显著;随着“920”喷施剂量的增加、喷施时期的过早或过晚均会加重水稻种子裂颖。对‘广8 优169’制种而言,抽穗25%时每公顷喷施225 g“920”效果最理想;分蘖期追肥时,适当减少氮肥施用量或适当增加磷钾肥施用量,均可显著降低水稻种子裂颖的发生。

Abstract: The paper aims to explore the influence of fertilizing and gibberellin on glume dehiscence of rice seeds. In this experiment, the parents of‘Guang 8 you 169’were chosen as tested materials. The experimental treatments included spraying foliar fertilizer, spraying gibberellin“920”and topdressing. The results showed that boron and zinc application at phase 4 of young panicle differentiation or at initial heading stage could significantly reduce the risk of glume dehiscence. The effect of boron and zinc application at both the two stages was more significant than that at separate stage. With the dose increase of gibberellin“920”and earlier or postponed spraying, the rate of glume dehiscence increased. It is ideal for‘Guang 8 you 169’to spray 225 g/hm2 gibberellin“920”at 25% panicles. When topdressing is conducted at the tillering stage, appropriately decreasing N fertilizer or increasing P K fertilizer could significantly reduce the rate of glume dehiscence.
