摘要:

流苏树是中国二级保护植物,对其繁育技术的研究在生产实践中具有重要意义。笔者回顾了前人对流苏树繁育技术的研究,从其种子休眠、打破种子休眠,到流苏树的播种育苗、扦插繁殖、嫁接繁育以及组培快繁等方面,对流苏树繁育技术的特点进行总结与归纳,分析了不同阶段不同繁殖技术的研究进展,以期为流苏树的快速繁殖、优质大苗的培育及新品种选育提供技术参考,并从繁育技术、应用价值及古树资源的保护利用等方面对其以后的科学研究提出展望。

Abstract:

Chionanthus retusus is a second-class protected plant in China, and the research on its breeding technology is of great significance in production practice. This paper reviews the previous studies on the propagation technology of C. retusus, from seed dormancy, breaking seed dormancy, to sowing and seedling raising, cutting propagation, grafting propagation and tissue culture and rapid propagation, the characteristics of the propagation technology of C. retusus are summarized, and the research progress of different propagation technologies at different stages is analyzed, in order to provide technical references for C. retusus fast propagation and high quality seedling cultivation. In addition, the future scientific research on breeding technology, application value and protection and utilization of ancient tree resources are discussed.
