烤烟新品系‘狮柳烟’的特征特性及SSR分子标记鉴定

摘要:

为了培育烤烟新品种,提高烟叶产量和质量,满足烟草生产对烤烟新品种的需求,本研究从贵州省石阡县栽种多年的地方烟草品种中系统选育出了优良烤烟新品系‘狮柳烟’。以烤烟主栽品种‘K326’和‘云烟87’作为对照,通过连续三年田间试验和实验室品质测试,对‘狮柳烟’的植物学性状、农艺性状、经济性状、烟叶外观质量、物理指标、化学成分、感官评吸质量进行评价,并建立其SSR分子标记。结果表明,‘狮柳烟’平均单株留叶数24片/株,分别比‘K326’、‘云烟87’多3片/株、5片/株;平均单产2233.4 kg/hm2,均价24.47元/kg,产值54434.2元/hm2,上等烟率51.11%,上中等烟率94.81%,经济指标优于‘K326’和‘云烟87’;烟叶颜色为柠檬黄,外观品质较好,化学成分协调性好,感官评吸品质优于对照;SSR分子标记引物PT3024、PT40021可以稳定地在‘狮柳烟’与‘K326’和‘云烟87’之间扩增出特异性条带。因此,‘狮柳烟’产量高、质量优,是一个高产优质烤烟新品系。

Abstract:

The objective is to breed new varieties of flue-cured tobacco, improve the yield and quality of tobacco leaves and meet the needs of tobacco production. A new flue-cured tobacco strain ‘Shiliuyan’ was selected from the local tobacco varieties planted in Shiqian County of Guizhou Province. Using the main commercial varieties ‘K326’ and ‘Yunyan87’ as control, the botanical characters, agronomic traits, economic characters, appearance quality, physical indexes, chemical components and sensory evaluation quality of tobacco leaves of ‘Shiliuyan’ were evaluated through field tests and laboratory quality tests of three consecutive years. The SSR molecular markers of ‘Shiliuyan’ were also established. The results showed that the number of effective leaves per plant of ‘Shiliuyan’ was 24, 3 leaves more than ‘K326’ and 5 leaves more than ‘Yunyan87’, respectively. The economic indicators of ‘Shiliuyan’, including the yield of 2233.4 kg/hm2, average price of 24.47 Yuan/kg, production value of 54434.2 Yuan/hm2, the rate of superior grade leaves of 51.11%, the rate of superior and middle grade leaves of 94.81%, were better than those of ‘K326’ and ‘Yunyan87’. The color of tobacco leaves of ‘Shiliuyan’ was lemon yellow, and the strain had good appearance quality, good coordination of chemical components and better sensory evaluation quality than those of the control. The SSR molecular marker primer PT3024 and PT40021 could stably amplify specific bands among ‘Shiliuyan’, ‘K326’ and ‘Yunyan87’. In brief, ‘Shiliuyan’ is a new flue-cured tobacco strain with high yield and good quality of tobacco leaves.
