气流下降式散叶插签烘烤与常规烘烤对比研究

Study on the Loose-leaf Bulk Curing Barn of Flue-cured Tobacco

摘要: 为了解决烤烟生产在烘烤阶段用工量大及现有密集型烤房空间利用不足的问题,以大型气流下降式密集烤房为试验材料,采用散叶插签烘烤的方法对气流下降式散叶插签烘烤效果进行了研究。结果表明:气流下降式散叶插签烘烤比挂杆烘烤装烟量提升71%,每千克干烟可节约成本1.02元,中、上等烟比例气流下降式散叶插签烘烤比挂杆烘烤高0.36%。气流下降式散叶插签烘烤后的烟叶总糖、还原糖分别比挂杆烘烤提高了2.8%和2.0%,总植物比挂杆烘烤减少了0.3%,化学成分更为协调,而气流下降式散叶插签烘烤与挂杆烘烤烟叶感官评价方面差异不明显。

Abstract: In order to resolve the flue-cured tobacco production in baking stage large amount of labor and a lot of space not to use the problem of the bulk curing barn. With the large down-draft bulk curing barn for test materials, used loose leaf inserted sign baking method to research baking effect of the down-draft bulk curing barn of the loose-leaf insert sign. The results showed that: the energy consumption of average baking 1 kg dry tobacco and the labor cost of loose-leaf bulk curing barn was 1.02 Yuan lower than the curing barn of hang pole, and the capacity increased 71%, the superior flue-cured tobacco proportion increased 0.36%. Then, the total sugar and reducing sugar of down-draft bulk curing barn of the loose-leaf were higher, the main chemical components were better. The down-draft bulk curing barn of the loose-leaf and the down-draft bulk curing barn of hang pole sensory evaluation in the same.
