中国蔬菜基质栽培研究新进展

New Research Progress of Substrate Cultivation for Vegetables in China

摘要: 蔬菜基质栽培是用固体基质(介质)固定蔬菜作物根系,并通过基质吸收营养液和氧的一种无土栽培方式。文章概述了国内蔬菜基质栽培的主要类型,分别为槽式基质栽培、袋式基质栽培和立体垂直基质栽培,综述了发展蔬菜基质栽培技术相对于土壤栽培的比较优势以及基质栽培中基质配方、营养液配方和肥水管理技术的最新研究进展,指出了目前国内蔬菜基质栽培生产中所存在的问题并给出了适当的建议,最后展望了蔬菜基质栽培的发展前景并提出了中国蔬菜基质栽培今后的研究方向。

Abstract: Solid matrix fixed vegetable roots, and absorbed nutrient solution and oxygen through the substrates. This is soilless substrate cultivation for vegetables. This article summarized the main types of substrate cultivation for vegetables. This have Trough culture, Bag culture and Three-dimensional vertical culture first. Then it suggested that the development of substrate cultivation technology was better than by the soil culture; described the new progress of matrix formula, nutrient solution formula and water management technology of substrate cultivation for vegetables; pointed out the problems existing at present and developed the optimal advice in the future in substrate cultivation for vegetables in our country; at last, discussed the future development and research direction of substrate cultivation for vegetables.
