湖南省安仁白背飞虱种群对5种农药敏感度测定

Determination of Sensitivity of White-backed Planthopper of Anren county, Hunan to Five Pesticides

摘要: 为明确湖南省安仁地区白背飞虱种群对不同防治农药的敏感度,指导该地区白背飞虱田间药剂防治,测定了湖南省安仁县白背飞虱种群3龄若虫对5种农药的敏感度。测定结果表明,湖南省安仁县白背飞虱种群对噻虫嗪、噻嗪酮、吡虫啉、烯啶虫胺、异丙威的敏感度(LC50),分别为0.0299、0.1214、0.1322、0.3296、26.7068 mg/L。5种药剂中,异丙威的敏感度最低,生产上应控制施用。

Abstract: The aim is to provide a scientific evidence for controlling white-backed planthopper in field. The sensitivity of the third instar nymph of white-backed planthopper population in Anren, Hunan to five pesticides was determined by rice stem impregnation method. The results showed the sensitivity (LC50) of the tested population to Thiamethoxam, Buprofezin, Imidacloprid, Nitenpyram and Isoprocarb was 0.0299, 0.1214, 0.1322, 0.3296 and 26.7068 mg/L, respectively. Based on the determination of sensitivity, the five pesticides tested could be alternately used to control white-backed planthopper in field, in order to avoid or delay the reduction of sensitivity to pestcides.
