散叶插扦烘烤项目配套技术研究

Loose Leaf Bulk Curing of Flue-cured Tobacco with Leaf-holding Needle Supporting Technology

摘要: 为了进一步完善建阳烟区散叶烘烤的工艺流程,推广散叶烘烤的工艺技术,在小湖镇和回龙乡开展了散叶插扦烘烤示范试验,研发试用了散叶插扦烘烤新型分风栅和上烤提升装置,对采用新型配套设备散叶烘烤和常规散叶烘烤烤烟的外观质量、评吸质量、能耗成本以及经济性状进行了比较分析。结果表明:利用散叶烘烤配套技术及室外装烟,提升装置上烤,每烤可以节约装烤用工1.14 个,干烟节省成本0.11 元/kg,同时有助于改善烟叶内在品质。该研究可为散叶烘烤技术的发展、推广提供理论支撑。

Abstract: In order to further optimize tobacco leaf curing process and popularize loose leaf curing technology in Jianyang District, Nanping City, the loose leaf bulk curing demonstration experiments of flue-cured tobacco with leaf-holding needle were conducted in Xiaohu Town and Huilong Village. A new air grid and lifting device were developed. Then experiments adopting new and traditional equipment were conducted, and the tobacco appearance quality, smoking quality, cost of labor force and energy and economic characteristics were evaluated and compared. The results showed that using loose leaf bulk curing with leaf-holding needle, loading tobacco leaves with the new lifting device outside could save 1.14 labors every curing process and reduce the cost by 0.11 yuan per kilogram of cured tobacco. Moreover, the new method could improve chemical components and sensory qualities of cured leaves. The study can provide theoretical support for development and popularization of leaf curing technology.
