基质对西瓜幼苗质量影响研究

Effects of Different Nursery Substrate on Seedling Quality of Watermelon

摘要:

为了降低西瓜工厂化育苗生产成本,解决育苗基质的配方问题,以‘黑翡翠’西瓜为试验材料,配制7个育苗基质,通过测定幼苗农艺性状与生理指标,研究不同配方的育苗基质的有效性。研究结果表明,基质配方对西瓜幼苗的生物产量、根系活力、叶片光合色素和蛋白质含量有影响,且不同基质配方间差异显著。比较西瓜幼苗的出苗率、苗农艺性状、生理指标以及生产成本,以珍珠岩︰泥炭土︰菇渣比例为1︰1︰2的配方基质最宜在生产上使用。

Abstract:

In order to reduce watermelon factory seedling production cost, the formulation of the nursery substrates to solve the problems, watermelon ‘Heifeicui’ as material, selected seven different nursery substrates to compose the agronomic characters and physiological indexes of different treatments, investigated the effect of different nursery substrate on seedling quality of watermelon. The result turned out that: different nursery substrates had important effect on the biological yield, the root activity, the photosynthetic pigments and protein of ‘Heifeicui’. The proportion of perlite, peat soil and culture medium waste of mushroom 1:1:2 was beneficial to improving seedling quality of watermelon.
