苹果抗螨性鉴定及抗螨机制研究进展

Advances in Research on Resistant Identification and Mechanism of Apple Varieties to Mites

摘要:

总结近30年来国内外苹果抗螨性鉴定及抗螨机制研究概况,对苹果抗螨性鉴定方法进行汇总分析,并从苹果叶片外部形态(如叶毛)、组织结构(如叶片厚度、气孔密度等)、生理生化(如营养成分、次生代谢物质等)及与捕食螨的关系(如化感物质、叶毛、虫菌穴)等4个方面阐述了苹果抗螨机制的研究进展,并对存在问题提出了建议或看法。最后针对研究现状,提出了今后在抗螨性研究中应重点开展的研究工作,以期全面系统地提高苹果抗螨性研究水平。

Abstract:

The paper summarized the general situation of the resistance identification and mechanism of apple varieties to mites both at home and abroad during the past 30 years. The methods for identifying apple varieties resistance to mites were summarized and analyzed, and progress in the research on resistance mechanism of apple varieties to mites was discussed from the following aspects: morphology (such as leaf trichome), structure (such as leaf thickness and stomata), physical and chemical properties (such as nutrition constituent and secondary metabolites) and the relation with natural enemy of mites. Meanwhile, some suggestions on solving the existing problems were put forward. Finally, as for the present research, further researches in above fields were proposed to improve our research level comprehensively.
