两种防冻液对胎里红枣枝条抗冻性的影响

Effect of Two kinds of Antifreeze on the Cold Resistance of Tailihong Jujube

摘要: 为了解两种防冻液的使用效果,测定了不同浓度的两种防冻液处理的胎里红枣树枝条分别在﹣16℃、﹣21℃、﹣26℃的低温条件下处理12h的电解质渗出率变化情况。结果表明标典化工生产的防冻液处理的枝条在-21℃时电解质渗出率<50%,而对照则>50%,说明该防冻液具有一定的防冻效果,能使处理过的胎里红枣枝条比没处理的枝条所耐受的临界低温降低4~5℃;而自制防冻液处理的枝条电解质渗出率和对照之间无明显差别,说明其起不到防冻效果。

Abstract: In order to research the effects of two kinds of antifreeze, the electrolyte leakage rate changes of ‘Tailihong’jujube branches were studied under treatments at -16℃, -21℃ and -26℃ for 12 h with different concentration of antifreeze. The results showed that the electrolyte leakage rate of the branches at -21℃ and -26℃ was lower than 50% with antifreeze made by Zhengzhou Biaodian Chemical Co.,Ltd, while the rate of control was bigger than 50%. The research results proved that this antifreeze product of Zhengzhou Biaodian Chemical Co.,Ltd possessed some antifreezing effects and could make the tolerant critical temperature 4℃ to 5℃ lower than control for‘Tailihong’jujube branches. However, there were no significant differences between self-made antifreeze and control which revealed self-made antifreeze with no antifreezing effect on‘Tailihong’ jujube branches under these experiment conditions.
