大棚草莓施用沼肥的肥效研究

Biogas Manure Efficiency on Greenhouse Strawberry

摘要: 在氮、磷、钾养分施入量均相同条件下,以农家肥、化肥配施为对照,利用田间试验研究了沼渣、沼液配施对大棚‘章姬’草莓生长、结实的影响。结果表明:与对照相比,沼渣、沼液配施处理能促进草莓的营养和生殖生长,其株高增加2.1 cm,叶面积增大17.41%,不同阶段生育期提前1~3 天;同时提高草莓单果重和产量,其一级序果单果重、平均单果重和产量分别增加11.69%、14.47%和12.3%;此外,可以显著增加果实中可溶性固形物和VC含量,并降低可滴定酸含量,提高草莓品质。

Abstract: The effect of combined application of biogas residue and biogas slurry on the growth and fruit of greenhouse strawberry‘Zhangji’was studied by a field experiment with farmyard manure and combined application of chemical fertilizer used as CK under the same application amount of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient. The results showed that: compared with CK, combined application of biogas residue and biogas slurry could promote strawberry nutrition and reproductive growth, the plant height increased by 2.1 cm, leaf area increased by 17.41%, different growth periods were 1-3 days ahead of time; fruit weight and yield of strawberry were also improved, the single fruit weight of first order fruit, mean single fruit weight and yield increased by 11.69% , 14.47% and 12.3% . In addition, fruit soluble solids and VC content significantly increased, and the titratable acid content reduced and strawberry quality was improved.
