基于R语言的亚麻种质资源农艺性状相关及聚类分析

Agronomic Traits of Flax Germplasm Resources: Relationship and Cluster Analysis Based on the R Language

摘要:

本研究旨在通过对河北省种质资源库部分亚麻资源进行进一步的表型鉴定,以期探索亚麻种质资源的农艺性状相关性和聚类研究,用于亚麻新品种选育研究工作。本试验以499份亚麻种质资源为材料,应用R语言对亚麻主要农艺性状进行相关性分析,得出各性状间的相关系数,并进行聚类分析。研究结果显示亚麻单株粒重与分茎数、主茎分枝数、单株有效果数存在显著正相关,株高与工艺长显著正相关。聚类分析将499份资源分成了3类,种群1更有利于亚麻高产育种,种群2有利于抗倒伏亚麻新品种的选育。

Abstract:

Through the research on further phenotype identification of flax germplasm resources from Hebei Province germplasm repository, we aim to explore the correlation of the resources’ agronomic traits, and provide a certain base for flax breeding. We took 499 flax germplasm resources as materials, and used R language to conduct the correlation analysis of flax agronomic traits to get their correlation coefficients, and carried out the cluster analysis. Research results showed that: the weight per plant had a significantly positive correlation with the stem number, the branch number of main stem and the effective number, while the plant height had a significantly positive correlation with the stem length. Clustering analysis showed that the 499 germplasm resources were divided into 3 groups, group 1 was suitable for high yield breeding, while group 2 for lodging resistance breeding.
