盐胁迫对高粱种子萌发及芽期生长的影响

Salt Stress on Seed Germination and Bud Growth of Sorghum

摘要: 本研究以60 份高粱品系为材料,对不同高粱品系种子萌发及芽期生长耐盐性进行分析,旨在筛选出高粱芽期耐盐品系,为耐盐高粱新品种及耐盐种质资源的开发利用提供一定的理论依据,最终建立高效、快捷、准确的高粱耐盐性筛选体系。试验表明:150 mmol/L NaCl 胁迫下,60 份高粱亲本材料的萌发、芽期生长指标基本都低于对照,不同品种降低幅度不同。各品种(系)发芽率呈降低趋势。其中TX430.RHMC、晋五/R111-2、SSA-1、470312CD、吉7030-2×JW等材料在盐胁迫条件下萌发指标值均较大而003533 矮、9710B等材料在盐胁迫下的萌发指标表现一般,说明其对盐胁迫较敏感。本试验筛选出一级耐盐品种14个,芽期敏感品种12个。

Abstract: In order to select salt tolerance sorghum in bud stage and provide reference for the development and application of salt tolerance new variety and germplasm resource, and establish an efficient, fast and exact sorghum salt tolerance screening system, 60 sorghum lines were used as materials, the salt tolerance of different lines were studied by the measurement of seed germination and bud growth. The results showed that under 150 mmol/L NaCl stress, the germination, bud growth indexes of 60 sorghum parent materials were lower than that of CK, but the decreasing rate was different. The germination rate of 60 varieties (lines) showed a decreasing trend. The germination indexes of TX430.RHMC, Shanxi five/R111-2, SSA-1, 470312CD and Kyrgyzstan 7030-2×JW were higher, while that of 003533 short and 9710B were ordinary under salt stress, which indicated that they were sensitive to salt stress. The test screened out 14 first class salt tolerant varieties and 12 bud sensitive varieties.
