Abstract: Abstract: Employment is the people’s livelihood. With the implementation of enrollment expansion policy through college, the employment problems for graduated students have become increasingly serious and gradually become the spotlight of the whole society. In view of this issue, to develop the vocational education vigorously is important to national revitalization through science and education strategy and strategy of talents development, and it is also an important way to promote social employment and solve the problems of “Agriculture, Countryside and Peasantry”. This article is based on investigating in JiaMusi vocational technical school. Through the analysis, we understand the current agricultural vocational school students’ employment situation and their main motivation of willing to choose the countryside employment. Finally, the article puts forward some policy suggestions that establishing a correct belief of career as well as improving the training mechanism.
