Abstract: This paper introduced the morphological characteristics, living habits, harm characteristics, migration and transmission route of woolly apple aphid, and key control periods in Weibei Plateau in Shaanxi. In order to control woolly apple aphid, plant quarantine should be the first job to be done; agricultural control should be actively done; native predator should be protected, introduced and released; chemical control should be done in a timely manner, and matters need attention when prevention and treatment had been put out.
