Abstract: The questions which existed were analyzed and the development countermeasures were proposed through the investigation of the cover plant’s application condition in Hefei green space in the foundation of being clear about the cover plant’s concept. At the same time, the view to the next development of cover plant in Hefei were proposed,and it was suggested that the cover plants with strong adaptability, high ornamental value, a variety of values and reflecting the local characteristics will be in the future development trend.
