Brand Building of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism: Taking National Star-Rated Enterprises of Leisure Agriculture and Rural Tourism as an Example

Abstract:

This study summarized the spatial distribution pattern of the demonstration enterprises of leisure agriculture and explored the factors affecting the distribution by consulting relevant literature and analyzing the distribution of star-rated enterprises nationwide and the proportions of different star-rated enterprises in various provinces (municipalities). On this basis, countermeasures and suggestions on the establishment of star-rated enterprise brand and the high-quality development of the industry were put forward. The study found that the development of the leisure agriculture industry is closely related to the level of economic development, natural resource endowments and the foundation of the leisure agriculture industry. At present, there are still problems in the creation of star-rated enterprises, such as the urgent need to update the evaluation index system, to improve the organization selection mode, and to enhance the management exit mechanism. Hence, it is recommended that the creation of star-rated enterprises should take innovative management methods, improve creation criteria, exploit brand value, guide active participation, strengthen training, and carry out dynamic monitoring, in an effort to promote the high-quality development of leisure agricultural brand building.
