不同施肥量和种植密度对高丹草‘晋草4号’农艺性状和光合指数的影响

Fertilizer Amount and Planting Density: Effect on Agronomic Characters and Photosynthetic Indexes of‘Jincao 4’

摘要: 旨在确定高丹草‘晋草4号’高产高效栽培模式适应的施肥量和种植密度。运用群体生理学的方法,采用两因素随机区组设计,研究了不同种植密度和施肥量对高丹草‘晋草4号’各农艺性状和各光合指标的影响。结果表明,在山西中部地区,不同施肥量和种植密度影响下,‘晋草4号’株高、茎粗、分蘖数、生物产量、干重产量和各项光合指标均存在明显差异;株高、茎粗、生物产量、干重产量、叶面积指数和净光合速率在F2D3时,表现最好;分蘖数、叶绿素含量和气孔导度在分别在F2D4、F2D2和F3D1时表现最好,F2D3时表现次之。处理F2D3即种植密度为390000株/hm2,施肥量为750 kg/hm2时最为适宜。

Abstract: The main purpose of this article was determined to various amount of fertilizer and planting densities to adapt the high-yield cultivation model of‘Jincao 4’. Using the method of group physiology,and adopt two factors randomized block design by using the group, to study the affects agronomic traits and photosynthetic indexs in‘Jincao 4’after carrying out different densities and amount of fertilizer. The results showed that the plant height, stem diameter, tiller number, the biological yield, the yield of dry weight, and photosynthetic indexs of‘Jincao 4’have varied significantly under the treatments of different densities and fertilizer in middle region of Shanxi . The plant height , stem diameter, the biological yield , the yield of dry weight ,LAI and net photosynthetic rate were the highest under F2D3;However, the tiller number, chlorophyll content, stomatal conductance were the highest under F2D4、F2D2 and F3D1; F2D3 to take the second place. It was suggested that the planting density of 390000 plants per hectare and fertilization 750kg perhectare was appropriated for‘Jincao 4’.
