采后喷施叶面肥对温室甜樱桃叶片部分生理指标的影响

Influence of Postharvest Foliar Fertilizer on Sweet Cherry Leaves in Greenhouse

摘要: 为探索采后喷施叶面肥对温室甜樱桃的影响,为温室甜樱桃优质栽培提供理论依据,试验以甜樱桃‘红玛瑙’为材料,在采收后喷施叶面肥,研究叶面肥对温室甜樱桃叶片鲜重、干重、叶绿素含量、Pn—PAR响应特性的影响。结果表明,喷施叶面肥处理对甜樱桃叶片的鲜重和干重并没有影响;撤膜后温室甜樱桃叶片的叶绿素含量有一个上升的过程,而且喷施叶面肥能提高甜樱桃叶片叶绿素含量;与对照相比,叶面肥处理对弱光的利用能力更强,在所有的光强下,叶面肥处理的净光合速率均高于对照。

Abstract: To explore the influence of postharvest foliar fertilizer on leaves of sweet cherry in greenhouse and provide a basis for greenhouse culture of sweet cherry, the fresh weight, dry weight, chlorophyll content and photosynthesis of leaves from the greenhouse-cultivated sweet cherry‘Hongmanao’were tested. The results showed that the fresh and dry weight of sweet cherry leaves was not affected by the application of leaf fertilizer. Chlorophyll content of sweet cherry leaves were increased by spraying fertilizer. Compared with the CK group, the ability of foliar fertilizer treatment group on the use of weak light was stronger, and the photosynthetic rate under the spraying fertilizer treatment was higher.
