烟台市消费者无公害水产品认知程度及消费行为分析

Consumers’Awareness of Pollution-free Aquatic Products and Analysis of Consuming Behavior in Yantai

摘要: 为提升消费者无公害水产品认知意识,促进消费行为,填补相关研究空白,采用交叉统计描述和显著性分析的方法,对烟台市消费者水产品质量安全认知程度及消费行为进行实证分析。研究结果显示:消费者对水产品的质量安全认知情况综合评分为22.35,处于中等水平;随年龄与学历的增加,消费者对无公害水产品的认知程度增加,相关性达显著水平;消费者对无公害水产品的认知程度与消费行为呈正向调节关系,且与消费意愿显著相关;虽多数调查者表示出较强的购买意愿但绝大多数人只愿意为无公害水产品支付高于普通水产品10%的价格,消费者对无公害水产品认知程度有待进一步提高。

Abstract: To improve the consumers’awareness of pollution- free aquatic products, and promote their consuming behavior, the cross-statistical description and significance analysis were adopted to conduct an empirical analysis of the consumers’awareness of aquatic products quality and safety and consuming behavior in Yantai city. The results showed that the comprehensive score of quality safety awareness of consumers of aquatic products was 22.35, which was at the middle level. With the increase of age and education, consumers’ awareness of the pollution-free aquatic products increased, and the correlation reached a significant level. The consumers’awareness of pollution-free aquatic products was positively related to their consuming behavior, which was significantly associated with consumers’willingness; although most respondents expressed strong willingness to buy pollution-free aquatic products, most people were merely willing to pay 10% more than the regular price. The consumers’awareness of pollution-free aquatic products needs to be further improved.
