多效唑喷施浓度和时间对双季晚稻秧苗生长的影响

Effect on the Seedling Growth of Double Cropping Late Rice: Concentration and Time of Paclobutrazol Spraying

摘要:

研究喷施多效唑对双季晚稻秧苗生长的影响,为基质育秧秧苗调控提供技术支撑。以‘华优2号’为材料,通过育秧试验,分析多效唑施用时间与喷施浓度对基质育秧秧苗素质的影响。结果表明:喷施多效唑显著缓解了秧苗生长,秧苗株高显著降低,多效唑对秧苗苗高的调控作用随喷施浓度增大而加强,随喷施时间的推迟而减弱。喷施多效唑显著影响秧苗叶片叶绿素含量,叶片SPAD值在喷施时间(T)、喷施浓度(C)处理间存在极显著差异,在喷施时间(T)×喷施浓度(C)处理间存在显著差异。喷施多效唑显著促进根系生长,一定浓度内多效唑浓度提高,秧苗根系数量、长度和根系活力均显著增加,浓度过高则抑制根系的生长,喷施时间过晚也抑制根系的生长。综合秧苗株高、叶绿素含量和根系生长等表现,T1C2和T2C2处理下秧苗素质最佳。

Abstract:

To study the effect of paclobutrazol spraying on the seedling growth of double cropping late rice and provide technical support for the management of matrix seedlings, ‘Huayou2’ was chosen as the material to analyze the effect of concentration and time of paclobutrazol spraying on the quality of matrix seedlings through the rice seedling nursery experiment. Results showed that paclobutrazol spraying significantly delayed the seedling growth of rice, the seedling height decreased significantly. The regulating effect of paclobutrazol spraying on the seedling height enhanced as the spraying concentration increasing, and weakened as the spraying time putting off. Paclobutrazol spraying significantly influenced the chlorophyll content of the rice seedling, the SPDA value had extremely significant difference between the spraying time (T) and concentration(C) treatments, and had significant difference among the spraying time (T) × concentration (C) treatments. With a certain concentration, the root amount, length and root vigor increased significantly with the spraying concentration increase. Too high concentration and delayed spraying time inhibited the root growth. In consideration of rice seedling height, the chlorophyll content and root growth, the rice seedling quality is optimal under T1C2 and T2C2 treatments.
