云南蔬菜生产的区域比较优势分析

摘要：

明晰云南蔬菜生产的区域比较优势,对于云南蔬菜产业可持续发展至关重要。利用2001—2018年云南蔬菜播种面积、产量、农业产值等相关数据,测算云南省16个州市蔬菜生产的集中度指数、综合比较优势指数和资源禀赋系数,依据测算结果对16个州市蔬菜生产的区域比较优势做出判断和对比分析,并探讨不同蔬菜种类在云南不同州市种植的资源禀赋差异。结果表明,云南蔬菜生产总体呈不断增长的趋势,且集中度不断趋于稳定。从区域看,滇中、滇西和滇南的综合比较优势较显著;从州市看,昆明市、玉溪市、楚雄州、红河州和大理州的综合比较优势较明显。从主要蔬菜种类看,瓜菜类在全省具有明显的比较优势,滇中的叶菜类和葱蒜类、滇东北的块茎类、滇南的瓜菜类和茄果类具有比较优势,昆明市、红河州、玉溪市、楚雄州、昭通市和文山州的5个蔬菜种类均具有比较优势。为加快云南蔬菜产业发展,提出进一步优化蔬菜产业区域布局、完善流通渠道设施设备、充分发挥龙头企业示范带头作用等对策建议。

Abstract:

To clarify the regional comparative advantages of vegetable production is of great significance to the sustainable development of vegetable industry in Yunnan. Based on relevant data of vegetable planting area, yield and agricultural output value in Yunnan from 2001 to 2018, the concentration index, comprehensive comparative advantage index and resource endowment coefficient of vegetable production in 16 prefectures and cities of Yunnan were calculated, to study the regional comparative advantages of vegetable production and explore the planting resource endowment of different vegetable types in different prefectures and cities. The results showed that the vegetable production in Yunnan presented an increasing trend, and the concentration degree was stable. From the regional perspective, the comprehensive comparative advantages of central, western and southern Yunnan were significant. From the perspective of prefectures and cities, the comprehensive comparative advantages of Kunming, Yuxi, Chuxiong, Honghe and Dali were more obvious. From the perspective of main vegetable types, cucurbitaceous vegetables in the whole province had obvious comparative advantages, and leaf vegetables and scallions and garlic in central Yunnan, tubers in northeast Yunnan, cucurbitaceous vegetables and eggplants in southern Yunnan had comparative advantages, and the five major vegetable types all had comparative advantages in Kunming, Honghe, Yuxi, Chuxiong, Zhaotong and Wenshan. To speed up the development of vegetable industry in Yunnan, this paper put forward some countermeasures, such as further optimizing the regional layout of vegetable industry, improving the facilities and equipment of circulation channel, and giving full play to the exemplary role of leading enterprises.
