Abstract: To promote the circular economy of characteristic agriculture, extend the industrial chain, accelerate the construction of agricultural characteristic industry and brand of agricultural products in county and township, then to obtain the industrial integration of agriculture, industry and service industry in Yunnan Plateau, this study pointed out that in the development of Yunnan characteristic agriculture, the agriculture business entity was weak, the innovation of characteristic agricultural science technology was vulnerable, and the local policy supporting industrial integration and development was insufficient. We propose to build a characteristic agricultural research system that stresses the business entity, the relative technical support, industrial policy and industrial development model.
