农沼结合发展模式典型案例调研与模式优选

Agro-biogas Combination Development Mode: Typical Cases and Mode Optimization

摘要: 本研究针对农-沼结合模式类型多样、效益不高,目前研究存在片面性等问题,从山东省不同规模、养殖种类和沼肥利用方式的6个典型案例入手,对农沼结合模式的产业全链条进行分析,厘清其模式结构、功能与短板,以及与资源、环境的关系,明确制约模式应用的技术瓶颈,提出满足模式良好运转的4大要素,并从种-养-沼规模匹配、循环链条延伸、提高资源价值及循环路径缩短等方面提出优化方案。优选的模式需要满足以下条件:在技术上解决沼肥适量使用和环境安全性问题,在产业设置上打通农、牧业和沼气工程之间的界限,在管理和制度上完善补偿和分配机制,实现种养业有机结合。

Abstract: Agro-biogas mode has diversified types and low benefit, and its current research has the problem of one-sidedness. We analyzed the whole industrial chain of agro-biogas mode by using 6 typical cases with different scales, breeding types and biogas fertilizer utilization methods in Shandong. The results clarified the structure, function and deficiency of the mode, indicated its relationship with environment and resource, revealed the technical bottleneck for the mode’s application and found 4 key factors to fulfill the good operation of mode; also we presented an optimized program according the scale matching of planting-breedingbiogas, circular chain extending, resource value increase and circular path shortening. The optimal mode should meet some key conditions, including the technology for appropriate utilization of biogas fertilizer and environmental safety, breaking the boundary between agriculture, livestock and biogas engineering, improving compensation and distribution mechanisms, thus to realize the dynamic integration of planting and breeding industry.
