Abstract: This thesis put forward revolutionarily the social influence of research institutions (colleges and universities) as the basis through analyzing reach advantages of the research institutions, tea companies and professional cooperatives of tea, and also analyzing the actual problems in the development of tea industry under the construction of new village. The purpose of research is to develop the potential ability of organization and coordination of the research institution (colleges and universities), and structure the new complement advantages pattern of “union of production and study” of research institutions (colleges and universities), professional cooperatives of tea and tea companies.
