从节水到循环用水的北京梭草渔场节水渔业调查研究

The Research of the Water-saving Fishery of Suocao Fisheries from Water Saving to Recycle Water

摘要: 为缓解北京地区水资源紧缺,促进北京高效节水渔业发展,通过对北京市怀柔区梭草渔场节水模式的调研,得出了怀柔区梭草渔场从节水到循环用水的节水模式。其利用温室大棚养殖鲟鱼,最终实现节水、低碳、生态、高效的节水渔业。该模式具有引领示范意义,可促进经济发展方式转变,促进农户增收致富,但也存在养殖户无法很好地掌握节水技术等问题,需要政府相关部门支持。在此基础上,提出构建节水渔业体系,发挥政府、企业、研究部门、养殖户四大主体的作用,同时加大节水渔业宣传,合理规划节水渔业,转变渔业养殖发展方式,实现北京市发展高效节水渔业目标。

Abstract: In order to alleviate the shortage of water resources and promote the efficient water-saving fishery development in Beijing. By the research of the Water-saving Fishery of Suocao fisheries in Beijing Huairou District, obtaining the Water-saving mode from water saving to recycle water. Using of greenhouses breeding the sturgeon, realizes the water saving, low carbon, ecology, high-efficient water-saving fishery. This mode leads the demonstration significance, promoting the economic development mode change, promoting the farmers' income to become rich. But there are farmers unable to grasp well the problem such as water saving technology, need the support of the related government department. Based on this, it puts forward constructing water-saving fishery system. Play the role of the government, enterprises, research department. At the same time increase the propaganda of the water-saving fishery, rational planning of water-saving fishery, transformation of the mode of fisheries to realize the goals of the development and implementation of Beijing efficient water-saving fishery.
