摘要： 小型农田水利工程是农业生产的重要基础设施，对农村经济发展有极其重要的作用，因此如何正确对小型农田水利建设项目进行绩效评价至关重要。基于中国小型农田水利建设项目绩效评价方面理论发展的滞后性，笔者对小型农田水利项目绩效评价的内容与指标选取方法进行了归纳与总结。

关键词: 穴盘孔径, 穴盘孔径, 工厂化育苗, 番茄, 黄瓜, 青花菜

Abstract: The small-scale irrigation works is one of the most important infrastructure of agricultural production, and it is absolutely necessary for rural economic development. So a scientific, reasonable, and effective performance evaluation is crucial to small-scale irrigation works. Following the hysteretic nature of its theoretical development, the author mainly summarized theoretical content and evaluation index selection method of the research.
