悬浮种衣剂中壳聚糖黄腐酸复配成膜剂应用效果研究

摘要: 研究天然高分子材料(壳聚糖共混),克服单一高分子成膜剂的缺点,通过壳聚糖和黄腐酸不同结构成膜剂的复配,改善悬浮种衣剂附着在种子表面包膜牢度,控制和调节悬浮种衣剂在膜内活性成分释放速率。采用恒重法测定速干性、玻板成膜法测定成膜性等测试方法,测试高分子复配成膜剂影响悬浮种衣剂中的理化测试指标如成膜性、脱落率、均匀度、发芽率等。试验证明:1.0%壳聚糖和3.0%黄腐酸复配成膜剂效果俱佳,通过复配高分子成膜剂改善悬浮种衣剂的理化性能指标,优于单一成膜剂的包衣效果,很好地发挥协同效应,得到更加稳定的应用性能。

Abstract: A new natural high molecular material, including chitosan and fulvic acid, was used to improve the film-forming ratio and active ingredient release rate of seed coating in the present study. Degree of uniformity, falling off rate, germination rate and film forming ability of seed coating, which used new natural high molecular material, were tested by classic normal methods. The results showed that 1.0% chitosan and 3.0% fulvic acid was the best dosage of the new film-forming agent in this research. The physical-chemical indexes of new high molecular agent were better than that of one single composition film-forming agent. Besides, the new high molecular agent had more stability application performance because the compounding high molecular film-forming agent had a synergistic effect.
