南方地区农业节水减排试点研究

Discuss of Agriculture Water Save-irrigation and Drainage Reduce Pilot in Southern China

摘要: 支撑国家和区域性的粮食安全战略、地区特色农业种植是现代农业灌溉技术创新的目标。从单纯的节约农业用水过渡到区域生态系统的水文循环、灌溉节水、化肥农药等面源削减、农田温室气体减排等多方面的综合效应。南方地区稻田实行“湿润灌溉、间歇灌溉、排水与烤田结合”高效节水灌溉技术及水旱轮作制度,结合农村河塘综合整治削减农田排水的污染物,合理布局沟渠、水塘、人工湿地等系统的工程措施,通过植物吸收、水流自净、沉积、清淤等方式达到净化处理的效果。最后,以云南省为例介绍了高效农业节水减排工程的实践探索及存在问题。

Abstract: The innovated target of modern irrigation technology was sustained national and regional food-safety strategy. It was changed to the compositive effect that included hydrological circulation, water save-irrigation, fertilizer and pesticide cut down, and greenhouse gas discharge, etc. In southern China, several paddy water save- irrigated technical was adopted such as thin-exposure irrigation, alternate wetting and drying irrigation, sun-drying field, and crop pattern turn from paddy to drying-farmland, and so on. Then, countryside water environment comprehensive harnessed includes channel and drainage arrangement, pond and wetland designing, to purify sewage and decrease contamination discharge through those stages of plant assimilate, water flow self-pure, pollutant deposit, and man -clear desilting, etc. At last, the engineering practice in Yunnan Province was taken, to reveal the reasonable method and problems encountered.
