Abstract: The need of agricultural e-government is changing fast and business resources are becoming big data, the development of e-government is entering into a new era, traditional e-government data center cannot meet the need of business development. In order to adapt to the new situation, new demands and the development of new technologies, aiming at agricultural electronic government affairs, the technical ideas of cloud computing center construction including unifying standard system, application of supporting platform and operation and maintenance services, adopting cloud computing technology architecture and virtualization technology, centralizing the construction of computer room and other infrastructures were put forward to build e-government cloud computing center, so as to realize the implementation of service resources and improve resource utilization.
